The staff is very courteous and specially the kitchen staff is so humble. Bathroom was a 3/5 with some kind of stink in the toilet. Apart from that the stay was comfortable.

The stay was pleasant and the Front office executive Ms.Tanvi was really helpful.

Good service this time compared to last stay. Ms Riya, Ms Muskan and Mr Ankit provided good support and services.

Don't expect this Ginger hotel to be a typical Ginger, but considering it's in Thane, it's a decent place to stay. Few of their rooms have issues with ac, so it's better to check in before dark otherwise the rooms at last are not good. Also in terms of pricing book at least 3-4 days in advance to get good rates. There is a wine shop 20 MTR from the hotel and a good snack shop at 40 mtrs, a chemist just 30 mtrs away. Overall this place never fails, an error free hotel in Thane.
