Good Front desk service (Tapaswini) room service as well very quick.... But location is on Highway, else for travellers it's the good option

Good location, good service but when I stay there they have a construction noisy from 9-5. The water needs some time to exit Blanket is not so clean

The road to enter the hotel was shaddy!

Overall good experience. Hotel was in a quiet, upscale neighborhood with good ambience. Small gift shop, small in-house restaurant with good service and travel desk. Out of two rooms booked, one had a choked drain, hence the 4 stars. Staff were very helpful.
