We stopped on a long trip through Texas to get a night's rest. The staff was excellent. Best is a great breakfast by three wonderful ladies who care. I would definitely stay here again!

We are most pleased that this place accommodates our family comfortably. Upgrades look and function great. We used the full size oven and kitchen was well equipped with essentials. We will definitely stay here again. This place is our new home away from home when we stay in El Paso.

The cost of the rooms is high according to size and facilities in the room

A quiet hotel in a quiet corner of the city. Stay here if you want to be away from the bustle of the city. But it really is some distance away. Cabs are available but ensure you have time on hand.

Nice rooms but service is pethetic as compared to other Ginger hotels

Vikram kumar who worked in the restaurant had amazing service and was extremely helpful. The food was also tasty. The rooms and beds are so-so, but they were clean. All the staff were delightful, however.
