One of The best option. Rate is not high as per other hotel.. rooms are very clean and large. But service is an avarage. But As per rate hotel is very good.

Nice rooms and services are good

This is a good hotel in the 11th floor of IITM research park. While the rooms are good clean and neat, most of the sockets don’t work/ v old. This is something that the management needs to look into. Also, the reception staff don’t seem to have idea of things and take a lot of time in check in. This could probably be fixed by training them well. The breakfast is v good (I had it covered with my booking) and you have a good spread. Special mention to Pankaj, the dosa master who service was exceptional.

Good location near Sanand GIDC. Good rooms, good restaurant which has veg and non-veg options. Peaceful place.

Myself along with few colleagues and friends who were at Ginger in December 1st week had very heart warming experience at the Hotel. On 4th December 2023 the Michaung Cyclone was passing by Chennai so it was obvious that the city was on high alert. Airport was shutdown, electricity supply was put off, so were other transport within city was affected due to water logging after nocturnal rains. We had no choice but to extend our stay in Chennai at Ginger. The staff at Ginger was so warm and friendly, they took care of all guests at hotel in every manner to make them comfortable and not feel the rage of Cyclonic effects as well after effects which otherwise we're experienced by population around. Thanks to Manager Nageshwar Rao and his highly motivated staff at Cafe, Kitchen, Reception, Housekeeping, Utilities etc. who untiringly served for more than 48 hours without any break. Thanks and big applause to one and all staff at Ginger, IIT Research Park, Chennai

Restaurant service was good and all staffs were co operative

Nice hotel, had lunch here, the food was delicious. Mr. Kamlesh & Mr. Alfaz served us quite competently. 👍
