We are most pleased that this place accommodates our family comfortably. Upgrades look and function great. We used the full size oven and kitchen was well equipped with essentials. We will definitely stay here again. This place is our new home away from home when we stay in El Paso.

We stopped on a long trip through Texas to get a night's rest. The staff was excellent. Best is a great breakfast by three wonderful ladies who care. I would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we walked in to check-in Thomas was so helpful. He is the epitome of great customer service—kind, patient and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious, it was a great place to stay that didn't feel like a hotel but rather a nice studio. The appliances and cookware were in great shape and the one time we needed something that wasn't there, it was immediately brought to us. I would say the only negative thing I noticed was people at the pool during the day all packed in and not wearing masks or distancing—but that's not the fault of the hotel. I will definitely recommend this place to others! Thank you for a great stay and huge shout out to Thomas for being WONDERFUL at his job.

Great location for dental work in Mexico. Comfortable, great water pressure and tub, nice kitchen. Will bring my own pillow next time; they are a bit hard. Nice staff and good breakfast!

Had to come to El Paso for my mother in- laws funeral. We were so grateful to Chase Suites Hotel for providing us a beautiful room with plenty of room for the whole family, we had two floors, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and thanks to our friend Louie we were able to get a awesome deal as well. We loved our stay and most definitely be back and recommend Chase Suites to our friends and family. Thanks again Chase Suites

Josie and Thomas are very friendly and helpful. Whenever I need anything from the meals and to assistance at the front desk. I know I can count on them.

The staff (Gina and Josie) that work during breakfast and dinner are great. They are very cheerful and greet you with a smile.

We got a great rate and the location is close to a lot. The staff was awesome all the time. Stayed for five days while we were moving into town. Our room was like a little apartment. Bed, couch bed, bathroom and a great kitchen with utensils and cooking tools. They have breakfast, dinner some nights and some nights complimentary wine. Pleasantly surprised.

Exquisite place. We are currently staying in a king suite and are absolutely happy with our experience. My mother came over from overseas and was in love with the room the minute we opened the door. I've stayed here previously and made a connection with the manager, Jay. He is very professional, prior military. His organizational skills are beyond outstanding. The place feels like home if you are away from home. During my previous stay I've communicated with Erika, the front desk agent. She is very knowledgeable about El Paso and will assist you regarding any directions you may need. The front desk manager, Thomas, is also very helpful regarding accommodations reservation. He will go out the way to make sure your experience is satisfactory. I had a pleasure to meet the top staff of the place and I was very pleased. This is my second time as an extended stay in the Chase Suite Hotel and I will definitely choose this hotel in my future reservations either for family, business or leisure trips.If you want to have a marvelous, stunning experience, definitely stop your search on the Chase Suite Hotels.
